Don't exactly recall why my access to the Kame House was removed, but if at all possible I'd like it back. If not that, at least a reason as to why it was revoked.

It was Rad. I'd recommend talking with him before anything can be done. At one point you were believed to be involved allowing a banned member to view the forums. That's all I can really say.
