How about having a venting forum? Just to allow anyone to vent off their emotions...but as I said, just a suggestion.

What Bujin said. If it's a mature vent, put a "Mature" or "Spam OFF" tag to keep it from getting out of hand. You can pretty much vent so long as it doesn't conflict with site or staff rules.
