Judgement(Curse of the Reaper):

Retane is now the God of Death. Retane has learned ‘Judgment’. As the official Death Dealer of the planet his Ki Sense extends into the afterlife now to keep tabs on the signatures of those he has killed or even encountered. Yema will even defer slightly to the Reaper now on where to send souls Retane has killed. As an added bonus to this, Retane can see and communicate with the lost wondering sould that rest in the material world.

I don't believe this should be allowed. You can try asking an Admin, but it's more of a tech than a move in my opinion. If we don't allow ki sense in the afterlife there's obviously a reason.

Energy Eat: In keeping with Aqua's exotic fight style, he is able to defend himself in a rather unique way. Rather than deflecting, blocking, or deferring an attack, this strange Aqua-jin is actually able to consume energy attacks and use the energy as fuel for his own attacks.

I added it, but please don't God mod it. As long as it doesn't increase your power it's fine.

Fog of War – This attack distills dark energy from himself and those around him into a light eating wave of energy that possesses a devastating force that regular energy just cannot compete with. It can darken entire battle fields and blind those it strikes.

Could you put a time limit on this? Like "it only lasts for about 10 mins" or something. It sounds already like something a bit powerful.

(2) Mirror Barrage - Using both speed and energy, Goku Jr summons energy into his body and expells it outward, creating a "clone" of himself made of pure energy. Although this clone can not attack, as it does not have a concrete form, it moves in a mirror opposite of the origional Goku Jr, confusing the enemy as the real Goku Junior attacks from a different direction. Works well against weaker opponents, but against stronger it runs a risk of failing.

Could you maybe add that the clone disappears once Goku Jr. attacks his foe?

As a God, his ethereal charisma will draw regular people toward him and bind them.

If I recall correctly, these moves were already submitted and approved by staff before the saga started. I may be wrong and have be mixing up memories of conversations with Yamu on AIM, but I don't think I am. For my move, I added the seeing souls thing as an IC thing.

As per Android 18's request...the clone will vanish. I actually meant for that to happen too lol

Ki Grenade – Seventeen charges a sphere of obsidian energy between his pallid fingers. Unlike your run-of-the-mill energy projectile, this ball is motionless (it neither churns nor scintillates). It is also crafted in such a manner that it is increasingly difficult to detect via underdeveloped ki senses or technology. Because of all these mannerisms, the ‘grenade’ is a superb means of decimating weaker foes without making Seventeen's presence known to others. Furthermore, it’s a decent means to keep any opponent on their toes.

To my knowledge Aqua, you can't freeze time. At all.

Gotcha, did some research just now and that seems to be the norm response, so no biggy.

-Liquify: Either to allude detection, or to avoid physical damage, Aqua can litterally turn himself into water. Obviously, turning into water doesn't do much good against an energy blast, but it does wonders against grapples, punches, kicks, and the like. And, assassin that he is, Aqua makes great use of this technique to get under doors, through cracks, or just to turn himself into a puddle as danger comes. Though, if someone is hot on his trail, they might notice the robes he's left behind because, afterall, he can only turn his body into water, not his clothes as well. That means that when he changes back into his normal form, he is in his birthday suit. Party on fish man, party on.

Cool! I forget, are you guys adding our approved moves into our character vaults for us, or are we supposed to re-post our character vault with the move added in? I only ask cause I just posted a request to update my character vault and this new move is not in that update and I just wanted to save whoever does all this an extra step.
