I'm gonna say no. It sounds like the ability to conjur water out of nowhere and a powerup as well, neither of which go over well with me.
Sorry. =P

To me, the thread is less about criticizing/defending Avatar and more about wondering how stoned Jack was when he saw the movie/made the thread.

No like in the show when he fought Goku in the after life, Aqua put his hands to his eyes and caused the ring are to be filled with a giant cube of water. Water manipulation is lame :-P

Whoops didn't see Kolli's reply, sorry. I thought this move would be an automatic, given that he had it in the show. And he doesn't receive a power up, I said that his speed and agility go up relative to his opponent and that just means that someone like raditzu would be slower in the water than he would be on land. Aqua's speed and agility basically remain the same, but his opponent is slower because he's "like a fish out of water" only the opponent isn't a fish and he's in water... and that's the point.

That's an ability which requires hydrokinesis, which you don't have. It wouldn't be fair if we allowed you to use it.

Its approved, Aqua.
There is no Hydrokinesis on Chubbs, btw.

Oh snap! Thanks! Can I have it added to my character vault please?
Also, the link in our roster page (or at least mine) to our character vault still leads to the old server. So it doesn't load as it's supposed to.

Added it to your vault.
I'll get one of the minions working on the rosters.
If you don't already have one, you might want to consider picking up a Graviton Bracelet. =O

Not to spam the move thread, but why a gravitron bracelet?
EDIT: To sink someone to the bottom of my watery trap and drown them?

Your edit pretty much summed it up. At the very least, to keep them from just flying out of the water.

New Move:
Bone Growth: Species evolve via a process of natural selection. A single mutation within a species can spur on an entirely new race. As Paragus has aged, he has typified the Saiyin Warrior. Needless to say, he was shocked when, after breaking a finger in combat, his bone healed in a very peculiar way and, as a result, he learned of his own mutation. He was able to will the mending of his broken bone. Curious of this newly discovered ability, he sought to extend its powers and eventually learned that he was able to grow, shrink and shape the bones within his body, but at a great pain to himself. He even learned how to form the bones through his skin to serve as weapons. Though, having the bones pierce through his flesh causes great discomfort and inevitable scarring, he's noticed that this ability to manipulate his bone structure is extremely useful in combat, especially since his bones seem to possess abnormal hardness.

The only condition to the whole bone growing thing is that you can't use the best move to grow back bones when a broken bone was given specifically to your character as a form of injury.
Staff-run saga and events are what I'm talking about primarily.
