I've been wanting to do this, but dice gamers is down which I was using to create my character sheet >.<

And for starting gold, you said average, book on shows the dice to determine it, do I take half of max roll or just go with the max you can get at 1st lvl? For a Cleric it's 200gp for max or 100gp for half.

In the PHb it should have an amount in parentheses next to the dice roll. That's the amount you use.
