What does it look like?
My UI, made for my rogue, trying to adapt for my to-be awesome Pally:
Edit: There's a reason the buttons are huge, I'm a clicker. =P I don't wanna be like "OMFG! "Where'd vanish go?!" when I'm in WSG or something x_X

Dude, I'm impressed. You've come along way, and that's a damn good first UI. I'll try to get mine up sometime, but I need to change it all around and make it more room friendly.
I'm not too much of a clicker anymore, need to get speed and all, so the buttons don't need to be that big for me. I use WIM also for PMs, basically opening them just like AIM and I can use FuBar to just reopen the conversation and continue it from where I was last looking.
Which btw, grats on FuBar. > Titan.
I currently use:
Bigwig's Boss Mods. Ct_raid assist. Nurfed UI (for party UI and tooltips only). Gatherer. Some Mail mod. Item Rack. NECB. My UI is mostly the generic WoW interface, with the addition of the nurfed party/enemy bars to make the screen a bit less cluttered.
I used Bartender for a while, but I got sick of it eventually.

Anyone know where one could grab a new UI?
I'm really just looking for easier access to a couple extra skill belts. I'm very much not a clicker, and the standard UI doesn't lend itself to s- or cs-belts.

I'm not sure about hot keys, but if you go into the esc menu you can get into a section to set all the keys. CTmod has that in it too, you can set it to different keys and such.
I'm a clicker so I don't know much more.

You could also try bartender or Nurfed UI (using only the bar mods). The blizzard UI is pretty freeform though, I havn't had too much trouble with large amounts of button combos. You'd just had to make sure ctrl and shift aren't bound to anything else before you set the key binds.

Josh, where did you get that UI from?
I found someone with a decent UI from the WoW Forums but I can't ask them where they got it from until I actually subscribe to WoW.
Here is the screenshot of the person's UI incase any of you recognize what it is and can tell me.

My UI is custom, I took a bunch of standalone mods and complied them into something suited to my tastes.

Also, is a range mod against TOS? Like a mod which tells me how far I am from a target so I can stay at my optimal range without having to guess everytime?

I don't think so. Honestly I would just be safe and download from curse-gaming, if it's on there it's probably safe.
