Say you got.... a warning on
Jan the first 4 point warning
Two months later it becomes 3
You fuck up. Get another one a week later.
The points you count for to be tooken off... Means every two months from your initial 4 point warning... that you get a point reduced right?

Like say I had 1 point been good for nearly 1 point. Got a second warning point, after the two month period... the first one would be gone right?
