What do I need to write about for gaining this thing. I gotta write for 2 weeks about me trying to get to the next lvl is it so?

You don't have to write about anything specific. All you need to do is make sure you let staff know you're going for Spiritken, preferably in the title. Once you think you've earned it, you ask for grading.

Why don't you read other people's work to see how they went about it, and how long theirs were? Then, create your own 'storyline' and go for it.

Friggin ask one or more of your alliance members or freinds to Rp with you, maybe even ask someone that needs or wants it as well?
As for the 4-5 pages... wtf? Maybe you need to reach two pages.... dont think you will ever need to reach three. I have a question about this...

Based off what they've said and what I've seen. I would assume they grade it case by case. Again, depending on the overall quality in their respective opinions.
