I tried to make the change but the Staff Center refuses to confirm the transaction in the Roster.

I think the Staff Center is not linked to this board yet, just as the Training Page doesn't work the Roster is not accepting changes either.

When the SC gets up and working, if this change doesn't update with it, please bump this and someone will do it again.

Yes, Enhanced Bio Suit, not the Bio Armor. The reason the stat-modifier did not kick in is that the Roster isn't changing with the Staff Center.
