Fighting Style: Having a low stamina capacity, Nappa is not one to attack needlessly. Instead, he will wait for an opening to present itself in his opponent's defense, and endure as much damage is necessary until he is able to utalize said opening.

Starting Moves:

Ki Tourniquet: A move only to be used in the most dire of situations, Nappa is able to convert all of his ki reserves that would normally be used offensively into a means of defense. With this technique, Nappa is able to technichally stop the flow of blood to any wounded areas, though it does not by any means heal the wound. Furthermore, this move can also be used to bring life back to limbs that might have been rended useless whether by means of broken bones, or some other injury.

Ki Scope: Focusing his Ki into his eyes, Nappa is able to increase the span of his vision two-fold, effectively seeing over long distances. This move is very taxing, and Nappa is rendered temporarily blind after using it.

Ki Smoke: Nappa, being a coward at heart, created this technique as a means of escape. He forms a ball of ki at his hands, and casts it towards the ground at his feet. It explodes in a flash of light, effectively blinding anyone that might be facing him. Due to the large surge of ki over a small area this attack creates, it makes sensing Nappa's energy all but useless, except to the most powerful of scouters and honed senses.

I'd like you to do a RP sample. The fact is, you tend to switch a lot, I know this for a fact. I wanna know you really can and want to RP as Nappa rather then take on another character you'll just end up going inactive with.

I'm not so sure about Ki Smoke. It's cool, but making your ki senseless is kind of cheating unless you get the technique. The blinding thing is ok. Perhaps if you say your ki is hazy to read for a few moments, just enough time to get away?

I was fine with Ki Tourniquet up to the part where he can use broke or useless limbs. It needs a drawback otherwise it sounds like you heal your limbs which is a big no.

Okay. Just take the broken limbs part out.

And, what you said about my ki being hazy is basically what I was trying to get at. Since there is so much ki over a relatively large area, it's hard to get a lock on mine.

Nappa was bored shitless.

He’d been stuck on guard duty for the umpteenth time, and he was growing tired of it. Nothing ever happened that warranted there being a guard post; no one tried to infiltrate the base, no attempts were made on anyone’s life…no nothing.

That left Nappa to stare at the dirt and sleep, oh, glorious guard duty.

A branch snapped. Feet scuffled in the shadows. Nappa smiled, stood to his full height, and cracked his neck. There was something hiding in the darkness, and he would find it and tear it apart with a month’s work of built-up aggression.

Leaping from the guard tower with a beast-like ferocity, Nappa barreled into the umbrage, fists balled and teeth clenched. The hunt was on, and the Saiyan savage wasn’t about to let his prey escape.

This was beginning to piss Nappa off. He’d been running around for what seemed like eons (Five minutes had actually passed, though the Saiyan refused to accept that it had been that short of a time span) and he’d yet to find any traces of the intruder. Were his ki detection skills not so fucking horrible, he’d not be in this situation…then, Nappa felt it: The tickle of a weak man’s energy against his muscled chest. Peering into the darkness him, the barbaric Nappa smiled; his prey had come to him.

“Boy…,” Nappa snarled, “You just made a grave mistake.”

Well, that was certainly a disappointment. After getting himself psyched up, Nappa had gone into it hoping for even a tinge of resistance. Instead, the man’s head had exploded—literally—after Nappa punched him in the face. And, just like that, it was over. The intruder had been slain, though that appetizer had hardly been enough to whet Nappa’s voracious appetite for battle. But, that had been a scout. More would come. And Nappa would greet them personally.

Mouth Blast, Renzoku Energy Dan, a move of my own design:

Ki Scatter: Nappa forms a barrier of ki in front of him. Using his enormous physical strength, Nappa shatters the shield with a strike(generally a punch). Then, he throws the thousands of pieces of ki shrapnel forward. They rape face.

Change thousands to many, or a bunch.

And replace Renzoku Energy Dan with Ki Barrier.
