Who preordered their copy today? I got the collector's edition and they charged me some crazy "handling" fee. So FYI if you order it, make sure to get in-store pickup.

I am in no hurry, to be honest. Money and lack of desire being a few things.

Before you spend all that money though, I have to make sure you understand: All the content (short of the ability to do inscription) is for level 70+, or if you are making a Death Knight (which I'm sure EVERYONE is) you have to have a level 55.

I'm soooo getting a collectors addition, but I dunno when I can preorder in Canada. I have to go by EBGames tomorrow and see if they'll let me, all they charge is $5.00 which goes toward the purchase.

I can't wait, I have my priest that can go through (she's 70), and then my Paladin (he's 60). I'm gonna try Deathknight, I'm more curious than anything. I haven't read anything on them yet.

I wonder what race(s) will get it. I already have each race and class at 20+, last slot will be for the DeathKnight.

my rogue isn't awkward <.< Their DPS ain't so bad, either, IMO. I'm usually there in the front lines during instances and shit takin up some good damage and dealing it out.

I mean awkward as in...well, make a BE mage/lock/priest and use a wand. They look like they're going to tip over, it's so annoying. They're so skinny it's unrealistic, and their dance is spastic.

Oh, and my only female bloodelf now is rogue, she's 22 and I actually quite like her. She doesn't show her faults as a rogue =P.

Yeah but I don't like how much their armor sucks. From 1-20 if I had more than one mob my level, I either die or almost die. Plus no way to stop them from running...

I love my paladin cuz he can take 5 guys at once, however, not as fast as a rogue.

So my bf and I are gonna team up once he's 58, cuz I'm 60 and he's only 48 on his rogue.

I'm steering clear of Death Knights. Everyone is going to be one. Sorta takes the fun out of it. They could've at least tried to add a second class.

Um... last I was told, you have to have a level 55 character on your account to unlock the ability to create a death knight. The dk does not replace the character; you create a brand new character. The dk does not have to only be of the race of one of the high level characters either; you are free to choose any race you wish of either faction, server rules permitting (meaning no orc dk on a pvp server where all the other characters on the account are ally). You are free to create said level 55 dk on any server of your choice, even if you do not have a lvl 55+ character on said server. You are limited to only one dk per server per account; however, note this is per server and you can have as many dks as you want spread amongst other servers or two on the same if you have two accounts to place them on.

Yeah, well, who knows. My bf told me his friend downtown who is apparently a GM for one of the beta realms (I think he said that) said that you have to transform one of your level 30's into the deathknight, and he/she will be 55.

That would kinda make sense, because if you RP, it would be like "Tom died in a horrible Murlock accident and became ressurected into a Death Knight of great potential".

I won't really know either way til the expansion comes, just like people said BE would be riding Nagas as mounts and goblins would be chooseable races in BC.

My friend played the WOTLK beta and says you have to have a lvl 55 character, and then you make a Death Knight who starts out at lvl 55. There's no transforming, that was just a rumor. Although you do do a quest where you start out as Scourge and eventually come back to whatever side your race is. It's a pretty awesome questline. I'm really excited about Death Knights, I think I'll go with the pretty route and either make a blood elf or human, but an undead Death Knight would be pretty interesting.

I'm probably going to be up the midnight launch and picking up my pre-order tomorrow-Thursday at my little known GameStop.

Even though it's not very well known, I'm wondering how early I'm going to have to get there. I'd prefer to just pick it up immediately and jet home.
