Customizing Power-Ups
#1
I was told that it's possible to give custom details to a character's power-up's, and I'm looking for confirmation but was unable to find anything using the Search. So, would this generic template work?

Transformation Name (Power-Up Tier1)
Gives "X" change(s) to character's appearance and attitude.

For more concrete example:

Super Saiyan (Power-Up Tier1)
Turns hair color and ki aura to gold, and eye color to blue. Generally unpleasant demeanor.

I'm under the impression that I have the 'Okay' for making 3 custom tiers for Vad instead of Super Saiyan. But I'm rethinking actually doing it.

So that being said, yeah, I was told you can make custom power up tiers.

Generics are free to build their own powerups.

Vad: No. I don't know who gave you the okay. They should seriously speak to the staff, though, because it says very clearly in the rules that SAIYANS MUST HAVE SUPER SAIYAN.

Quote:Full-blooded saiyans must have black hair and black eyes. Their Super Saiyan transformation must have blond hair and turquoise eyes. Anything else, and you have to classify them as “half-saiyan.”

I was talking to Kaden about it. I may just have interpreted him wrong.

I don't want to go into discussion right here in public, but if that's indeed the ruling, I will talk to Kaden about it in private. This isn't the right setting for that.

Rod has his answer.

There's nothing more to be said here.
