Name:Talon Holmes the name he adopted on Earth. He doesn't use his real Saiyan name very often, and only people from his past know it.

Former Occupation: Retired Intelligence Officer from the Vegeta Intelligence Agency. Retired a few years ago after 20 years of duty. Talon seems to know a lot of Planet Vegeta’s secrets, which (combined with his Elite social class) is probably the reason he was allowed to retire at such a young age.
Fighting Style:Talon studies his opponent as they fight each other. Born with a natural talent for tactics, he is known to be very unpredictable. Talon’s fighting isn’t based on a “set” of punches, and blocks that interact with one another depending on what his opponent does. Instead Talon adapts his style to his opponent. Some say his fighting style is almost “natural” as if he had somehow been taught it without his knowing, some say this is because of his Elite bloodline, others say its simply do to his years of fighting on his own for the Empire.
Short Bio: Talon is a member of the Saiyan elite, and is a famous retired Intelligence Officer, from the Vegeta Intelligence Agency. He doesn’t use his Saiyan name anymore, for reasons of his own. Many times in the past he has been the Saiyan’s government go to man, with regards to Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Tactics, and battlefield Command. He has been through many wars, and campaigns, and has helped to conquer many planets, and has solved many problems for his King in the past. On Earth he has become a famous Consulting Detective, and has been called upon many times by many of the Earth’s governments. His other clients tend to include the elites of Earth, but he has also taken less note worthy client’s cases that interest him. Talon is a veteran with an incredible amount of experience, and intelligence.
General Description: Talon is very muscular in physical build, and of average height (5'10" 195lbs). His hair is Jet Saiyan black, and his eyes are as well. He has been blessed with an incredibly handsome face, which is a relative rarity for a Saiyan. When Talon trains, or knows of a battle he wears Saiyan Armor Version 3 (the kind worn by Vegeta early on Namek) along with a blue jumpsuit, white gloves, and white boots with yellow tips. When doing official detective work he wears very old fashion human cloths, usually with a fedora, trench coat, and a tailored suit. He will usually change cloths depending upon the situation, since he is always carrying a wardrobe with him. Known for being vein as far as far as his looks goes (especially for a Saiyan) Talon usually is found in a vintage suit tailored to his exact measurements. Do to his job though, Talon is known to be able to disguise himself, appearing to be someone completely different then who he is when the need arises.
