We went to the bowling league last night and we won two of the three games last night. But I still cant figure out how we won the last game.
Im under the impression that when you get a spare you get 10+ your next ball. so if I got a spare and rolled and took out 6 pins in the next ball, I'd get 16 points for if right?
Well if im correct on this understanding, my dad bowled last for our team and finished up for our team in game 3 having us lead in the points by 15(So said the screens). The opposing team still had a bowler left, which he can hit spares or strikes 75% of the time with ease when his superman throw.
He hit the spare, which should have meant that if he hit 6 pins in his next ball he'd win, right?
He hit over 6 pins, the number exactly, I'm not sure. Im with the other captain putting the nubmers in, and look up and it says we won it by 8 points.
The other captain, which in a Seargeant in arms, even did her own math and said we had won.
ON the way home... I thought about it, and we shouldn't ahve won the game if the screen was correct....
