Namekian Dragonball Inquiry.
#1
If I search for the dragonballs on Namek would they then be considered activated? I'm slightly confused because the Earth balls are seen as activated even though nobody has made a wish with the namekian dballs since the reset(if they have than my mistake).

The Namekian dragon balls become active when someone makes a wish with the Earth balls, and vice-versa. Thus, only one set will be active at a time.

In other words THE NAMEKIAN BALLS ARE INERT GUYS IT DOESN'T MAKE A BIT OF DIFFERENCE

Yeah, might as well gather them and then just wait until the Earth dragonballs are used.

You can't find them until Earth's Dragonballs are used. They're just ordinary stones.

Isn't there even a small shred of trace that the Dragonball radar catches on so you can get them and start your very own 'Dragonball Stones' collection?

Going to be inclined to say that you can't collect them while they're stones.

Ok so...from what I understand I can't go after the Namekian dballs because...why? If the Earth's dballs haven't been used shouldn't that mean the Namekian dballs are in play? And no I'm not trying to be a smartass, I feel as though they're either conflicting summaries of how the balls should work or I'm just not getting it Sad

Only one set is active at a time. The Earth balls would need to be used in order for the Namek ones to become active.

Quote:For the Namekian Dragon Balls and the Galaxial Dragon Balls, only one set is active at a time, while the others rest uselessly in stone form. Once a wish has been made and fulfilled under one set, those balls will scatter and turn to stone, and the other set will become active. Once a wish has been used on this set, they will become stone and the opposite set will become active again, and so on and so forth. The Spirit Dragon Balls will automatically scatter after their wish has been made, but remain constantly active with no idle period.

From the rules page.

You can't find them, because like Rose said, "the balls are inert." It would be an enormous coincidence to stumble across a rock that just happens to turn into a dragonball when the Earth set is used. Finally, no, there is no shred of evidence that an inert ball can become a dragonball. No radar signal, no nothing.

Well, okay, but what's the reasoning behind these rules? I mean the actual lore or something?

Nah, we just want to keep pressure on whoever's searching for them.

Belle could happily collect the earth ones all alone if the other people who wanted them just went to go get the namek ones. Instead we want you to go kill Belle and take his balls. Heh.
