i don't get the concept of custom tecniques can someone give me some information please?

Basically you make up a move/attack for your character, a moderator reviews it and if it's not godmoding, the moderator will set a XP price on the move and then you can go to your Training thread in the Roster forum and train the technique for your character to use in roleplays.
