Is Metal Bending both manually and remotely manipulating metal, or only one of those?

Anyway, you can remotely manipulate metal with it** - everything within reason, obviously.

If like, a speeding semi truck was coming right for you and you decided to suddenly make his wheels square so he goes horribly out of control and flips over (although admittedly he'd likely roll onto you), then yeah, you'd be alright.

** Although you might need telekinesis to do it.

It can be remotely manipulated. Depending on the application, it might require a Custom Tech.
