Simple thing I need to know.
#1
Just some simple need to know info I require.

1. How does one go about questing for the dragon balls and how does one achieve this goal?

2. What are the limitations on Combat Teleportation? I know it does not allow travel to planets and such. What are it's combat applications limited to is what I need to know.

3. Can someone go about stealing other PC's stuff and how would they go about doing it?

please and thankyou!

1. You need to either have a Dragon Radar, which you can purchase from your local Capsule Corporation store, or the ability Ki Sense (I believe). Then, you Roleplay searching for them, more or less, and staff will decide when you've done enough work to find one. I'd contact Belle Hibiki for more info, or read his storyline in Earth. I believe it is called Shadow Play?

2. Combat Teleportation in it's useage is similar to after image on steroids. Where after image is simply moving incredibly fast, CT is literally teleporting to a nearby location. I believe it is limited, in its base form, to short distances (like around a battlefield). But wiht a custom technique, i believe you can travel further distances. I'd look at Xenia's Orbing technique she recently posted in the Custom Technique Approval thread, as well as one of Piper's custom techniques.

3. I believe the only way to take an item from another PC is by defeating them in combat. I don't think Staff would allow you to steal other PC's items, although that would be interesting.

Okay so as long as a trademark is made apparently you can travel form planet to planet. That answer that one question about planet travel.

As for the dragonball sensing objective the character that I made that is waiting on approval will have what it needs for that. The only thing specificly I need to know is if I had to request to do this seeing as the dragon balls that are currently active are described as being scattered around the universe.

I'll wait on staff for an answer on the thievery thing.

1. Once you can locate a Dragonball (via Ki Sense or a Dragon Radar) you just post a thread in which your character ends up either searching for a Dragonball or coming across one accidentally, or whatever fits your RPing purposes. When you think you've done enough to earn a Dragonball, you post in the Updates forum asking whether or not you've earned it and a staff member will reply.

2. Trafford answered that one pretty well.

3. No.

In a fight, you are risking your livelihood. This isn’t training: it’s the real deal. Fights can be used to settle an In Character dispute, to challenge someone for possession of a dragon ball, or just for character development.

I'm guessing reason Kaden didn't mention it is because this method didn't see the connection between traditional stealing and this, which is a fair 1o1 where the end result can be only one person stands.

I believe I asked a moderator regarding this system, and it was something alike if I could track the other guy down with the dragon ball, I could challenge him and if I won I could get his dragon ball.
