Need a sig

Hey, I could really use a good sig and I was hoping one of you guys could help me out. I'd do it myself but I'm having trouble getting PS to work and its been so long I definitely lost my touch.

This is all I really want...this pic:

But turned sideways obviously, and pretty much everything blurred out or cropped, or whatever you want to do, except for the hand and the gun that says Veritas on it. It would be cool if you could throw some filters over it so it doesn't look so realistic, if that makes sense? I dont really care about anything else that can be up to you.
