Power Points => In Character

So I was lying in bed running different role play ideas through my head like movies and I got to thinking about Power Points and their interpretation in the IC world (If any).

For purely RP fodder I don't suppose the Admins would have an issue with a character either being aware of some unseen force controlling when they can transform (like an Android's HUD displaying charges for a transformation) or being completely oblivious and trying to transform, but finding they can't.

I was thinking if I had Vad attempt to go Super Saiyan without the required PP I'd give it a kickback that would throw him off his feet and give him a migrane or something.

Trafford was planning on doing something similar with amounts of drugs representing his "stash" of PP. If you want to do something with PP, that's fine.
