Shapeshift question

So, say I am going to purchase Shapeshift (or shapechange, whatever you want to call it), and I want to add a 'spirit form' to my character, that she could use as a way to scout out her surroundings other than using, or in conjunction with, her stealth. Think, for example, of the spirit wolf form of a shaman in WoW (Just an example, don't get too far ahead of me here.) Would I require a custom technique for this, or is this doable without one? The shapeshifted form would not enhance her in any other way except what is outlined in the description for shapeshift, and that is to change her appearance for a temporary amount of time.

No, I don't think it would require a Custom.

If you wanted to buy it anyway, though, it would be cheap.
