Custom Techniques
#1
Just to be sure, Can I make up custom techniques for free and add them to my roster? (So long as I have the abilities and techniques to make them possible?)
Or do I have to pay for creating them or role play learning said techniques first?

Quote:Custom Techniques – these are moves that you can create yourself. Unlike their predecessor, ‘Best Moves,’ Custom Techniques have the potential to be far stronger. These are purchased with XP, just like regular Techniques. However, their actual XP cost is determined by their strength and attributes, with relativity towards already established Technique costs. The higher the cost, the stronger the Custom Technique is determined to be, and vice versa. Staff members will officially decide every cost.

Post em here for grading.

=D

As for roleplaying having to learn them. That's entirely up to you.

Whoops. Missed that. Correct. Need to buy it before it goes on the roster.
