Short Bio: Celena was born with a power level of seventy-five. Not only is that unusual for a male baby but abnormal for a female. News quickly spread about the baby, reaching past the Vegeta-sei palace walls. From past expereriences, the King at the time, Bejita Ou, knew that high levelled babies grew up to become renegades therefore he ordered for the child to be killed. One of his advisers Sirus felt it would be a waste to just destroy the baby therefore he prosposed that they the equip some sort of power suppressor to the child in order to prevent it from becoming a threat in the future. Celena’s low class parents were against the idea of their child being used a ‘lab rat’ but were powerless to prevent a powerful mage that was hired to place a cursed seal on the babies forehead to suppress her power.

Celena grew up detesting the strange seal on her forehead, not just because it made her an outcast, but also because she gets a headache whenever she gains a substantial amount of power, which also results in the seal throbbing a golden glow. Accepting Due to her extraordinary power at birth, she was tracked down by saiyan military in order to join the Vegeta Dynasty army at the age of sixteen, which was the minimum age to join the military.
