I will except any penalty that is deemed neccessary for these changes. I am just trying to get my character built the way he should be in his early stages. I am making these changes becuase I found a simpler way to explain and do what I want with my character.

I do want my former rp removed so there is no confusion between the new way he will work. I will also be reading my planet over before posting this time so I have all my facts straight.

Short Bio:

Kei is your one of your typical Namekians who was raised to fight. His teaching was done by several of the elders of various villages. This was done as they found his ability to manipulate the things around him interesting. They also saw the potential it had to protect his people. They took great care in showing him on how to control it and gave him many ways of practicing his talents.

The youth had a temper however that was hardly in check. Well they tried to help him control it; he himself has yet to completely take their teachings to heart. He has been known to get in unnecessary fights wounding his victims severally. Kei has been seen inside the mass island wandering and waiting for travelers who seem to have potential.

General Description: Kei wears a simple gray sleeveless shirt that doesn’t clothes along with the normal neck garment that most Namekians wear. His pants are that of the typical baggy white Namek variety. Currently he has no distinguishable marks on his body.
