The writing is great. Both Sigfriend and Victoria are easily flowing with each other. I do however find that at times that I can't grasp where they are and what they're doing.

We do need to get them off Earth and onto Namek or Mercy

Tentative Update

Scouting party; withdraw of primary forces (with a few scattered to be picked off by local Earth troops); a call for Sig and Vic to travel to Mercy)

Ok. Now that it's been explained, I'm much more impressed by this thread. I'm not entirely sure exactly what's going on, but at the rate of activity and action, as well as the scope of the storyline, I don't want to fuck with it. They don't NEED a fucking Update.

This will be something to watch.

UPDATE

The tremor from the impact is felt planet-wide. A massive crater, miles wide, is now a visible pockmark from space. Tsunamis ravage the surface of Namek, obliterating most buildings in a hundred-mile radius.

Such an assault does not go unnoticed. Reports indicate that the Grand Ship Myreen is gathering a significant amount of power for its weapons. Whether they have yet pinpointed the Utterance is not clear.

The Invader's ground forces are shattered; the battle of the skies remains.
