Ha, this is true of me for quite a few of them. Not all though.

I HAVE finished FFVII and X. Played through 99% of FFVI, but didn't feel like finishing it.

Completed VII, abandoned VIII, IX and X at the final bosses. Made it like halfway through XII and actually completed XIII. I really need to go back and complete 8/9/10.

The ending to X is really rather dull. Especially the final boss.

But then, Square is fantastic at anti-climactic final fights.

Play Final Fantasy Tactics too! It's either on the PS or (updated version) GBA! Definitely my favorite Final Fantasy, much more freedom in shaping your experience in FF:T. I just haven't been able to finish a Final Fantasy game so I haven't finished this one either. >_>

As most of you know by now, IX is by far my favorite.

I'm playing Tactics right now, and I suck at it. The end.

I don't much care for Tactics.

I overdosed on Disgaea about a year ago, and DEFINITELY won't care for it now.

I've ended up finishing IV, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, and XIII.

The only ones I've started without finishing were XII and X-2 (if we're even counting it).

For that matter, I didn't really care for XII either. Definitely didn't feel very FF to me. Which is a shame, because they tried to innovate, and they really really need to innovate, but it just didn't go well.

That was exactly my feeling about XII, which was ironic since one of my motivating factors for buying DQ9 was the FFXII demo it came with and I enjoyed it much more than FF.

X-2 had a fun battle system, and, 13 actually reminded me of it.

I thought X-2 was very entertaining. I liked the mid-fight job-change system.

Did it need to be tied to dramatic magical-girl costume change sequences? Probably not.
