Hum, I did misread that update.
Well, I don't believe I actually stated in my post that he was inside Ja City, though that was my mindset; so we'll assume there's a bar inside the secondary military base, because that's actually where he is.

I thought I made it clear enough that only the space port was surrounded by the wall. Ja City's civilians were to be funneled into the main terminal building and housed for transport. I think Trixie gave a time line along the lines of an hour in between each transport shuttle.

Meh Well... I have Tamsin and Desoin the ones going... So... thats 3... Vad and Trix...but i think Trix is in his head... so count that as 1 seat... Proto... thats 5... Juno... and the ex... thats 7... Kaden and Sophia were suppose to join I thought... That'd be 9. Theres a single seat open... but Desoin doesnt have to come... if there is need to be two seats open... My next RP will be basically explaining a bit about the three... And mentioning that Vad and Nova know each other....
ON a side Note... I love the Nickname the enemy has given me... It's going to fit soon enough
You could throw in a spar with Nova if you want...

If I have time, I'm going to put up a post giving a bit of background on Juliet for people's reference. If not, I'll just summarize it in here.
Until then, feel free to roleplay her as an irritable bitch who's kind of witty and only really has time for people she respects, who, at this moment, equate to Vad and Juno, because she's encountered them before.

She'd basically want to make sure he wasn't going to go ape on her because of the whole Central City business, I guess. She respects him, but she'd still inject the conversation with bits and pieces of sarcasm.

Well Desoin is the one no one knows about... He's black haired white armor.. and lets just say he is a Mental Interrogator... His eyes flash white while he looks into their eyes and has a wicked look in his eyes. But he's in their mind interrogating... Finding out things... He's good but he cant do it when there's a lot of action going on...
He's not afraid to give his opinion, but he follows Nova...

Could you try and work in a jumping off point for me to have Juno and Juliet converse? That'd be fantastic. I'll be using it to catch people up on who exactly Juliet is, and etcetera.
