Sun in the eyes with clouds framing it. The head counts came up one short.
Alex Trafford. The quiet one. The hanging corpse with the broken neck, feet swinging from south to southwest to west to southwest to south.
A suicide, the note, all appeared to be in order. Some wondered if the Mafia had been successful, and staged the scene.
The humble Doctor knew well, however, that this was a true suicide. Another smile was suppressed. The night had been busy and difficult, but a life was saved. The Mafia's plot had been foiled. The man before them was dead from inner torment, but there was no foul play here.
There was no comfort to be had in the communal breakfast; it was cut short. There was work to do.

Doesn't mean he was innocent, just because of that. He could have been an inactive Sheriff, or even an inactive Mafia.

You could always ask them.  Or the Nurse. Right now, four people know who were the targets of the last two attacks. I doubt they'll say anything though.

Whoever is doctor is really good at this. So good that we have no idea who the mafia want dead. I wonder if they've figured out who the doctor is and are just attacking him repeatedly, and he's just defending himself.

If I didn't vote for Raf you'd have said "I didn't vote for him because we're both Mafia." or "Mafia stick together" something along those lines.
