Metal Binding And Other Things I Guess In Conjunction With Mimic

I was once told that in order to make the strongest metal in the current Chubbs universe was made with Metal Binding.

Ok, so say I copy Metal Binding with Mimic, make a sword with it, and then Mimic something ELSE, no longer having Metal Binding. Does that item retain those properties?

I'm use this question can be asked of a lot of other Mimicked abilities but I can't think of specific examples like the one above.

No. Once another ability is Mimicked, any advantage gained from the previously Mimicked ability disappears.
