Avatar help

I would do this myself, but I don't have photoshop right now. So, if anyone could do me this favor, I would be very appreciative. Basically I would like to have an avatar of the top part of this image, preferably the face and the crossed arms included. If anyone would kindly take this on, and just put either the forum background color OR make a completely sexy avatar that has a border of some kind around it. I would be extremely appreciative. Thanks in advance!
