Janemba appeared asexual to me. It was the embodiment of all evil, not just the male part. If he was able to reproduce at all, it'd probably just form up children through thought or some such. Take some of his own evil and spawn it. As such, it wouldn't need sexual organs.

well, the first thing that came to my mind was his sword. It 'technically'' grew from what I remember (been a while since I watched the movie though). So maybe his sword is his Willy whacker (to quote Robin Williams in Death to Smoochy). It could be detachable!
