Recoome that was stupid. Just because you like a game doesn't mean you are "harcore" fans. I liked Pokemon GB games and still do because they are good RPG games for GBA. Well, I don't as much now because it was repititive. It was always the same thing, different version...ssdd

Yea people just killed it with the whooe killing thing, it's like the best gameboy game ever.

Speaking of handhled players, how 'bout that PSP I saw a picture for a game on that and the graphics were sick.

Thanks for the image and let's just wait and see, I bet you that PSP will beat DS. I'm actually betting you to hold on this, just not for anything.

I think PSP won't hold a candle. Don't get me wrong, I love PlayStation, but Nintendo has had an extreme amount of experience with their handhelds. Game Gear is gone. WonderSwan Color could never pick up to Nintendo. All other attempts (NGage?) have sucked. Nintendo knows what they are doing by now.

I've also heard that those that have held the PSP have said that it's very large, clunky, and annoying with having to hold it for the spinning disk inside. If you think a cd walkman is annoying without anti-skip, imagine jumping up and down trying to play an action game with the cd still spinning smoothly.

PSP, if it allows for original PS games, will rock. But the Nintendo DS will be backwards compatable with the GB and GBA, which is really cool for a cartridge, though I've heard rumors about it using disks for it. I haven't looked it up, however, b/c I honestly don't care. Regardless, it will be another system I won't have the money for, especially at the insane (150-300?) prices I've heard. Especially the PSP.

At first, DS did suck beacuse it had like N64 graphics compared to PSP where Gran Turismo 4 didnt look any badder then on its larger cousin. But they modified DS now. The outside looks are cool but well see how is with the graphics. The only problem that could represent for Nintendo are licenses. While Sony has licenses from all famous games (Gran Turismo 4, Splinter Cell....) Nintendo only has licenses from its own games (Mario Bros. 64x4 and such....).

In short, Nintendo will represent a bigger opponent for PSP then people think. But note this. The Age of SNES like games with refreshing colours is gone. 3D moves to hand-held consoles.

There will be no way to see which does better until they're released. Let's stop arguing about it. :/

You guys seriously think Nintendo would be the first to bring discs into a hand-held? The guys who specifically ditched their first disc-based project? The guys who stuck to cartidges as if their lives depended on it? The guys who, even after they switched to discs, refused to use anything other than their own version of it?

Anyway, I think the DS will do just fine. As other people have stated, its not like there's any real competition in the hand-held department. Nintendo has that pretty well dominated. I think the PSP will end up being more of a gimick than anything else. I've been planning on getting a GBA for some time now, but I might just wait until the DS comes out. Last thing I heard from Nintendo on pricing was that the DS would be released at around $150. Although, I have to admit a fair amount of bias. I've always been a Nintendo fan.

Sticking to the topic at hand...

I can't wait for B3 to come out, I already got a copy reservered, & chances are I'll have story mode at least beaten once with in a day.. I can't wait for it really.

And yeah, I may be what's called a hardcore fan, but truth be told, I love playing the beat 'em up gerner, & when DBZ hit that range, I was head over heel's. So sue me for liking a game type, & a anime that went in to it.

The DS is not an upgrade for the advance. They will continue making games for the advance. A new advance is in the works. I heard this on G4 or some show.

If you wanna paly a good DBZ game, try DBZ Supersonic Warriors for GBA. Its very interesting beacuse each character has his own story. Allthough the sotries are basicly the same, the fighting system rocks. It still beats any other DBZ fighting game. But if your looking something DBZ that isnt just fighting, look for Legacy of Goku 1 & 2. They both are great. If youll need a FAQ, tell me, beacuse this guy wrote a FAQ so well it was already interesting just to read it.

Jackie, I played Supersonic Warrior's, I found playing Pok?mon abit more intresting... I think one of the best game's for the GBa under the DBZ series would most likely be either LOG 2 or 3. In total? I would most likely have to say, the funest DBZ game I've played is the SNES, The Legendary Super Saiya-jin.. But that's my opinion..

As for the DS & PSP, I dunno.. I ain't to big on hand held's & buying them, may aswell jsut download the damn thing's on a Emulator..
