Me and Reijin used http://www.random.org and drew a number 1-9 to decide Pan's oppenent. We discluded Goku and Pan, so the final number was 9 to draw from. We went in alpha order, with 16 being 1, and Reijin being 9

The number chosen was 3, which is Bardock
