Honestly, I think everyone did their job, and it was fine. We didn't do as good a job as TR admittedly, mainly because I think many of us were busy this weekend, and furiza is a bastard who likes musicals. Should I be forced to single out someone to fire, I would say Tien, only because he had the smallest word count, and that's it. He did his job though, and I really don't know what else to say about it.

Fantastical, he did his job as he was told to; and he told us all what to do. There was nothing he did wrong at all.

We stated this to Team Rocket, and now I tell you guys. You HAVE to name someone that you think should be fired. There is no choice.

Trust me, there are times when WE do not want to fire anyone, and yet we have to come to a decision. As you must.

Before I start...wow, I feel like this was my fault. I'm sorry I let you all down. And sorry I wasn't able to post earlier, I had to do some stuff at school. Ok, not a big speech, let's answer...


1. Because I have put a lot of work, effort, and dedication into this site, especially with the FAQ, but this project rushed me and I feel like I can make it up soon, plus, I have done all my tasks real well before.

2. I blame the loss entirely on me. I would blame other people but they had reasons to be gone. I was disorganized, as I stated in the team forum before, I just didn't feel the "groove" this round and was swamped with work at the end, making me rush everything which made me forget the musical and make poor edits. But that doesn't mean I feel like I should be fired. I think I can step it up a lot. I think Tien or Minoshia should be fired. Either of them. Not because what they do in their tasks are poor quality. It's because they have a lot of things going on in their personal lives, keeping them away from this site, and this game. I don't think either of the two should get in between their lives until they really do have time, instead of feeling like they have to be here to complete there task. And when they come here, I think they may feel rushed because they have been busy. My thoughts...

3. I think strongest link was me. I am not being biased but I was very leniant on what people could do with jobs, but then I cracked down once I realized nothing was being done. Last time I'm doing that again. I think I was the strongest link because of all the things I had to do at the end, involving the posts, edits, and adding other things.

4. I think I was ok as a leader. Not the best, others said I did good, and I felt I did good after the first 12-20 hours, when I started to crack down. I felt disorganized for a while there and started doing better late in the task.

Well it's half and half. I feel like it was because of me at the beginning that made me lose. Me being disorganized. But in the end, I felt like if I didn't place people with jobs and didn't do everything rushed at the end, then we would have nothing at the end.

I'm going to make this easier on everyone, fire me. For god's sake my rules were pretty much horrendous, im very busy and getting busier which means it might get worse, but im not 100% on that one. I didn't reply to anything for the last task till the night before it was due because of all this college shit i have to read and all this gay ass shit and gah college and gah scholarships from football and gah. (im thinking maybe Oregon if anyone cares) So to make it easier, i will take the fall.

Everyone stop riding Tap's ass, it was disorganized, partially from him, partially from everyone waiting last minute. let's face it, putting together a decent saga in 2 days is improbable. look how long it takes staff and their lazy asses. JK staff. You stealthy Ninja Bitches. I am the weakest link, and i'll take the firing.

Minoshia, I realize you were busy with college, and I respect that. I didn't know if I should try to keep you here, or let you do whatever and do whatever with your personal life. But Ithink people are actually right, life?Chubbs.
