Done.

Slight problem, however. It seems that the database does not recognize "Android 16", "Android-16", "Android - 16", or "Android16" as an actual android. Soooo... you have the item, I subtracted the zeni, but your max ki won't be calculated until you're actually considered an android.

If you want an idea of your ki, either get out a calculator, or look at Goku's. Both your max kis will be almost identical.

I'm baffled, he IS set to be considered an Android. Unless someone went and changed it and my copy is wrong.

Not right now, I believe. I think they need to fix it somehow. Your max ki isn't any higher yet.

If the answer is yes by the staff, there IS a market on this world, just, well, all the merchants are dead.

Nope. When the saga is finished, or when you are no longer in it, then you can purchase items.
