Hello, I hope you enjoy your stay here. Chubbs is filled with a great community, excellent role-playing opportunities, above-standard writers, guides to help you improve yourself, and some hilarious times. In all actuality we think it is a wonderful place and if you just sit back for a while and view how things are around here, you will love it--for to understand is to love.

Also, there is currently a saga in progress, where there is a group--the Cold Industries Army(CIA)--trying to take over the universe. They have taken over Earth and slaughtering who choose not to follow their regime and the Dragon Balls have been scattered across teh universe, with only the Earth one to be found which is currently in the possession of Bra (an excellent RPer, BTW) who is on Namek with a group trying to find the Namekian Dragon Ball. Furiza and Koola of the CIA are also on Namek, but they will not be known there until Raditzu--an administrator here, who is heading up this saga--makes an official post about it. If you want to get involved in the search for the Dragon Balls you may do so, but first you should read this, plus this, along side this and this.

Wow, this saddens me. This is one of these places where I can have enjoyed it in middle school, and get older, and my kids turn around and enjoy it XD. I remember the story where you said two guys were walking down the hallway at school and they were talking about Chubbs and then you piped up and said that you were reijin and they were like "Wha-" Well, I think that between that I have let a couple people who go on the computers at lunch at the same time as me know about this place, but they find it intimidating. This place is probably the best RPG on the web, Rei. Especially considering it is a DBZ one with all the other craptacular ones.

Yes, I don't really think of it as DBZ, just inspiration stemming from DBZ. =o

But most people refuse to get past the "DBZ" part of the name, despite it being an rpg beyond that. At its core, it is DBZ. But its way more than that, nothing like a normal DBZ rpg, but most people still feel "then it should be a different RPG". I'd say most people feel that the best RPGs on the web are Vagrant Space or Alleria. In fact, VS gets all kinds of awards, while CDBZ hasn't really revolutionized anything. We've recieved no awards, and have never really been mentioned on like G4 or anything (I would shit my pants) so we aren't really that popular, but it is nice to see some popularity everynow and then.

You know, when someone at my job doesn't pipe up "You sit up all night talking on your DBZ forum about who's the stronger super saiyan hahahha" and get everyone laughing at me.

Not a good thing for a 21 year old to have to deal with -_-.

Yea, I kind of see it that way, too. Chubbs was the first RPG that I belonged to. I looked to others afterwards, but have yet to find one that got me in the mood like here. I think it's the development that everybody has done here, it's just mind boggling.

Congrats, Buu, that's pretty good, I never got the highest possible rating when I took the region-wide test, but then again, that was before I joined Chubbs.

It's okay, Timmy, just remember that they probably don't know the difference between a verb and an adverb.
