The deceitful trick of the fluid had been a successful one. Seventeen was not aware that his body was beginning to shut itself down, especially since his proper sight had been restored, making it seem as though the hallucinogenic trait was the only cause that the gas would inflict. ?I wonder?? The android stopped mid-sentence, grabbing ahold of his head as it tipped to one side and his eyebrows sank heavily on his eyes. The robot stumbled slightly, but once the sound of his shoe shuffling against the floor echoed through the hallway, his eyes darted opened and he stood tall. ?I wonder who?s,? his eyebrows once again sank down, but this time with them came his body in a slow crash. ?. . .there,? the synthetic human said softly, cradling his head within his arms as his legs were tangled uncomfortably.
*** A noxious fume emitted from the bowels of Kala, eclipsing the star that shone to the planet with its gaseous representation. There was some plantation near, but it was mainly that of the poisonous variety, and even they were beginning to wither away, being unkempt for too long. A small, parasitic insect lifted up form the ground after sensing the vibrations from above. It crawled as fast as its miniscule legs could carry it, gazing with lust at the robot. The bug was heading for Seventeen?s head, aiming for the hair as an ideal place for planting his fangs which carried the virus among them. As it drew near, closing centimetres within seconds, the humanoid?s eyes opened, but did not view the parasite which drew near. Though, before the insect could grasp ahold of that temptatious raven-black hair, the humanoid lifted his head off of the ground and placed his hand in it place, supporting the thin frame of his upper body. ?Wha. . .? The android used his other ran to grasp firmly of his cranium, pulling tightly on some strands of hair while his eyes squinted and his mouth groaned. ?What the hell happened?? he asked, looking around the deserted plains before him. A low sigh heaved out of his mouth as he began to transfer his weight to his legs, re-establishing his hips as his centre of gravity. ?Just great,? he said whilst his head bobbed down slightly and his eyebrows cowered inward. ?Now what are my ?senses? telling me?? he asked, raising his head and allowing his eyes to look above, towards the shrouding clusters of gases. Seventeen?s right eyebrow indented down and the other up, with his head being thrown back and to the right. ?I guess they do.? The hell fighter turned a couple of degrees and, after facing the ?right? direction, his feet began walking, almost involuntarily. The robot, after being given time to think about this newly acquired keen sense of direction, was perplexed. How do I know what I am doing? his mind faltered, bringing forth a headache, This could all be a trap. Seventeen, suddenly stopped; his eyes darted back and forth, ?What the hell?? he said, raising his voice with every syllable, ?Did whatever I am after just go below me?? After a few moments the android knew the answer to his question. ?God damnit,? said Seventeen, lowering his brow and perking his upper lip up. A sigh soon followed as he charged ki within his hands, the glow emanating through the barren plains of the wastelands that the robot had found himself within. The brightness grew in intensity as he focused more of his power towards his dry palm. Lifting his head upwards while pursing his lips, the hell fighter aimed his right hand to the ground and allowed the energy to pulsate to a brighter level before launching for the ground. Just as quickly as the power left his body, the android was victim to dust and debris exploding over his side. Looking back at his former target, Seventeen could feel his destination traveling further and further away with the second. I must hurry. While looking towards his where his sense were directing him, he jumped downwards, landing in a tavern which was lit by small lanterns spaced about every few seconds. Kicking up some discoloured soil, which had some plant-life within it, the hell fighter looked down the earthen corridor, his eyes bulging at the sight of just how extensive it appeared to be. ?Wow,? muttered the humanoid, blinking to force his eyes back into their rightful spots, and then taking off with a light sprint. The android looked around him while keeping at the fast pace and wondered how the ceiling did not cave in without the any form of support. Whilst looking back, Seventeen did not see the curve in the tunnel. With an ear-blistering smack, the father of one ran into the wall, finding out the innards were laced with metal. ?. . .Ouch,? was all that the robot could let his mouth escape as his ears began to perk up. The sound of large hordes of dust could be heard falling for the ground, and the humanoid took his face out of the wall and looked to where he had broken off, but now before looking at the mold in the wall. ?This,? began the android, catching his breath before continuing, ?cannot be good.? A large, boulder-like mass began to fall for the ground from above the android. The mechanical cranium was able to look up in time to see just what would burry him. The clump of dirt touched his head first, but eventually spread to all over his body, encompassing almost every nook and cranny that he could think of?even the ones he didn?t want to. With a twitch of his soiled eye, the humanoid let his aura burst around him, the flames overcoming the dirt that had taken ahold of him. Letting out yet another deep sigh, the humanoid simply shook his head, not only to rid himself of the soil in his hair, but also to let loose some of the frustration that had pent up as of late, especially the last happening. ?Okay then,? he started, gritting his teeth with much force, ?let?s get going.? The robot?s speech was barely recognizable since it had been distorted by the tightness of his dentals as they tightened to one another. His body set forth again, covered in the dirt that that had stuck to him, as he had only shaken his head, which only made a small fraction of the soil disappear. OOC: I have no clue WTF to RP. ~_~

Trails of wind played past the drifting raven hair in a whimsical fashion while the new aged warrior streamed across the dull sky without a point of meaning to any but his own self. Instances had come and gone, separating him from childhood only briefly before welcoming the boy back into the warm waiting arms he had come to know almost as a womb now. Only now did he reside in the space between infant and virile, cloying the comfort that place offered with a partial existence of innocence with that hint of experienced bloodlust.
Behind him in the distance were those fighting a constant wave of death itself, though the fear that the epidemic would in hail them as well was definitely a non thinking matter. The whole concept of this 'after death' life that had been installed into those corpses was a curious one, curious to the point of questioning if they gained intelligence enough to wander about on their own searching for food to sustain themselves... but sustain what? They were already dead, what more could a morsel of food provide to them except more of a gory eruption of flesh once done away with? Perhaps that was one of a basic human's designs, to seek food, even through the knowledge that the body wouldn't use it the fact that feeding one's self was encrypted in some biological trait for all creatures. A crisp breeze had rendered his heated flight near frozen now for a deep rolling night filtered across the wasteland which stretched out as far as a mortal eye could see. The deep gray earth below, devoid of the breath it's creator had entrusted it with to spring life was now reduced to a packed and unyielding surface world. Withdrawing in his chest before exhaling, the hybrid watched as the streams of warmth fled from its place of origin and was tossed out into the twisting cold. There was no telling where he was. The vast lands beneath, behind... left to right... all about him were ever rolling without a sign of progress to note, less the variations of deceased plants that generally appeared every so often. Above a bird of prey released a squall out to its brethren a discovery which drew a small flock whom presently began to circle about the youth's head, Goten paid little mind to it. "Damn... where the hell am I?" Muttering to himself, losing that attentive insight upon the map he had envisioned so that he was far gone without a way. The spot upon the horizon had become more and more distant each passing moment he had tried to gain upon it, yet closer every second he halted his progress. Simply toying with him. A destiny that couldn't be reached. Only glorified by the struggling journey towards it. Something that had to have a point, if not a reason then at least a waste of time. "Stupid move." A current whistled past the boy's body as if someone had placed themselves against his back, turning about there was only that speck in the opposite direction from which he came from, "You're such a target now, it's only a matter of time before power is brought back and you're discovered so far from the rest... you won't stand a chance." Demeaning words, true, but all truth had to be harsh. Goten had committed an act of irresponsibility that would inevitably leave him vulnerable to any form of assault this producer of the series would have up his sleeve. To this point he had survived by either the strength of another or the sheer power of a group, thus making companionship almost second nature in feel to the youth again... now alone, though, he had set in motion a clockwork that if unkempt would lead to a similar fate to that of his predecessor before him. Such a demeaning set of words, though the voice was right, Goten had committed an act of irresponsibility that would leave him vulnerable to any form of attack the producer might place upon him. So far he had either the strength of another or the presence of a group to survive with thus making survival in this game almost second nature... now alone though he had set in motion a clockwork that, if unkempt, would end up with a similar fate to that of his predecessor. There was much to this television show that wasn't told, probably one of the self-implode rules that he had personally came up with would be to never go it alone, ever. A spree of flare, something in the distance attracted the Saiya-jin half blood's attention that sent his curiosity into a stir. "FSD." Eyes flashing crimson as a pair of crosshairs traveled the length of his eyesight to settle upon the spot in the distance, forming a box over the target finally to identify it. An android, no doubt, probably the reason he couldn't even get a small tingle of ki off of the fighter. Most specifically it had been the one back at the hospital, Hellfighter 17, was all that the scouter could muster from it's database. It was a long shot, but it was better then roaming the plains without any one else... perhaps there was something more then what was present. At the moment Goten could've cared less. His aura blistered once again into life as his body leaned towards a large uprising where the horizon was placed above ground level. A mountain possibly, it had been on the map that he by chance glanced at but it was far off course from where he wished to be. Though... the android had been one of the leaders assigned at the beginning of the show, if anyone would have a map to follow it would be him. The halfling hurried forward, covering ground between the mechanical one and himself without hesitation to hide what indication he would be giving off.
