Thought might as well throw one of these up for everyone. Basically whoever is participating can make a post showing up to the game, chatting with others, or generally scoping out the stadium with a stroll. Have fun and Happy New Years.

Note: Tournament schedules will be up within the week.

Anyway, here's the roster on how the tournament will be going thanks to the power of Paint! Each game will have a post specific to who against who, like the way the Frieza Festival went.

The Civil Unrest Ball Breakers will work in as such. Scores will be matched from both losing teams from the first and second match, the decided team that had scored the most will have a chance to redeem themselves against TCUBB to advance into the semi-finals.

So for everyone except the Ball Breakers, this is double-elimination, right? Also, I'm still sorta unsure about how we're supposed to rp this. I get how the game works, but as for moving the balls around, what do we do when we kick them or punch them or something? Would it REALLY hurt our characters, considering the Katchin one is supposed to be deadly?

Yes. As for the other question, the initial post will basically have both teams on the ready as well as the start of the game. Basically if you want to follow one specific ball, then your posts should contain you chasing that specific ball or something constructive containing it. One of the reasons why there's two wingmen on a team is, if they decide to, one can go after the Katchin and the other the Titanium. Fore offience is there to provide a sort of back-up for the wingmen (aka, attempting to beat the other team off the chase).

So in the beginning it's more of deciding what you want to chase, the only reason I put a difference of speed/weight to the balls is to add interest to the chase instead of grabbing and throwing. Use sling physics.

Finally, the only thing you have to worry about injury is if someone intentially chucks a sphere at you. Because of the 'unhuman' strength everyone possesses, getting hit with the Katchin in the leg/chest/arm would equal to a slightly dedicated punch from Vegeta or Rad. It hurts, but you'll live... the only killing shot would be to the head.

Sorry for the long explinations, got my fingers crossed this'll all work out. =/ If I need to, I'll write up a practice Rp of a game if people think it would help.

That post I have stickied is just for showing up and lightly Rping, sort of like the lobby for DA. No worries on what to do tournament-wise in there. It's just to get everyone in the mood before the games start.

My computer's been acting up, so I'm going to be writing the little example out in a note book then transferring it over later when I have this thing fixed. Hopefully it won't take too long, but just in case I'll start writing some of the beginnings to the tournament games.

I was gonna post when it first came up, but I wasn't sure if I was supposed to post in that topic and you weren't on AIM to ask and ... quest and ... corporate America and ... mumble ...

A spark ignited as a rush of energy surged itself across the screen in a rippling effect of a wave building in momentum before a typhoon, two combatants forcing shoulders into the sphere's protective case as blood rushed forth from the green dressed warrior while the other withdrew with crimson knuckles. Finally a break was managed as the blood bathed battler wheeled himself about, placing the soles of his feet against the vibrating walls of the Bol-Strijd before making a desultory bound off back into the field of play.

Suddenly a piercing pain struck the inside of his shoulder within flight, nothing more but a glint of gold was kept reticent while the bruised Wingmen attempted to play off an act of a sore shoulder... it didn't succeed.

Within a moment he was on the scene again. Shooting like the bullet he chased, the opposing team's Wingmen had managed to pick up the scent of the small Katchin sphere. Assaulting the small ball with attacks in order to chivy it into the line where one clean belt would send the object strait into a clean set of points.

Far above, there was another battle succeeding. Between a pair of parties consisting of two the power battle ensued to capture the large dull metallic globe. In lead the Wingmen maintained, plowing kicks or punches into their respective sides that they had been able to hold for the moment while their opponent simply returned the favor with a vicious rush of their own. About them the Fore Offense lit the air in small fires of ki in a venture to nail the other team's player from the path of the Bol-Titanium, though only scars of black soot lined their skin and face.

Breaking free the Green Team's Foremen hurled a kick up side the opposing team player's skull enough to launch the warrior aside, leaving the Wingmen he had been guarding completely exposed. Diving down, he cleared the way for the Green Wingmen by delivering a clean sweeping kick to the chest enough to unobstructe the path to the goal.

It was clean as the Green Wingmen delivered a heavy punch enough to fire the Titanium along a strait path till an interceptor came into view... the goalkeeper had set himself up as the storm on the other members of his team commensed. Muscles tensing in anticepation he readied, pressuring forth his palms to the slick surface of the Bol-Titan to keep the sphere from making itself a building block in the opposing team's rally. Teeth gritting and bicepts tightening, a faint glow hovered around the goalie's image, keeping the sphere at bay just long enough before a savage growl sent the Titanium globe flying in the opposite direction.

Just a brief description that I hope everyone can get a decent understanding of what to do. I did this with a bit of everyone's own point-of-views, but I'll be hoping everyone can at least do a little less then twice this since I had my fingers crossed that some rivalaries could pick up. One of the reasons I have the festival post up is for people to get themselves together and such...

I'll be doing what I can in this next week. I'm staying after class from 2:45~6PM for practice of the whole band thing going on this Friday, really hope no one has lost interest in this and maybe this can spark a bit in others.

Anyway, talent show was the other night and the band didn't make it... bastard judges. Dedicating my weekend to getting this whole thing rolling again, I'll be doing a hellofa lot of work hopefully with it all in prepairations.

I'll take this as a hint, at the beginning post there will be something of an Rp that I will try to include everyone in on. From there you can break away and do something of your own or stay on the path I've selected. What does everyone think?

I think that's good, 'cause, y'know, I don't want to make too many influencial calls seeing how I am just the goalie and don't make much contact with the ball.
