It depends on who's fighting. If you were fighting me, no probably not. You might put up a better fight, or hurt me more than you would have otherwise, but if there's that great of a strength gap, then its not going to happen.

Think about it in terms of the show, if you will. Would Krillen ever win against Majin Buu? Ever? No... we all know he wouldn't. He might be able to kiezan off an arm or something, but he would still lose 10 times out of 10.

My suggestion is don't even think about trying to fight someone with a powerup while you don't have one. That's a pretty garaunteed loss.

At least get SK if you want to fight someone with a power-up. A lot of people wants to get it, but it beats fighting without a power-up.

Basically, just because everyone has it doesn't mean you should want it.

Also, what this RPG all comes down to is just having a good time doing what you're doing - writing. If that means getting your head handed to you by someone with a powerup whereas you don't have one, do it having had a load of fun!

If you have a fight with some one can you die but not go to heaven or hell? Just be out of role-playing for about a week or so.

Fights are handled on a case by case, basis.

Meaning.. it's different for every fight! There's no set outcomes for everything.. you just gotta try some things and see how it works. But if you would like to try something, like stealing or destroying items or anything like that, you really should ask before you jump into the fight and have us tell you no, you can't do that.
