If you make me a Sig that is better then the one i have now i will give you 1,000 zeni. If it isnt as good and i dont use it, i will still give you something. But less Impressive in quantity. All i require is the txt 'Minoshia' 'Civil Unrest' and optional 'Prince of Darkness'. and it has to look badass.
