With the help of his girlfriend, I took one of my buddy's cars overnight and hid it in my garage. He spent his life on that car, and it was quite hilarious to watch his reaction from a safe distance away. He actually ran inside and grabbed a baseball bat, still in his skivvies. Good times.

I emailed all of my sisters friends and told them that she was in the local hospital. About 5 hours from doing so, we got about 4 calls saying that people went to the hospital to see my sister and were surprised to find out that she wasn't there. I was listening on the phone while my parents talked and could barely contain my laughter, I did eventually scream April Fools in the phone and hang up. I didn't get in trouble with my parents either. ^_^
