Appearance
Puar is a cat...basic feline shape. His tail is as long as his body, which is skinny and slender, like a typical cat. Puar is a sky blue color, aside from the tip of his tail - which is white. His face has a kind of natural fur mask, which colors it white as well.
Personality
Puar is laid-back, but also quite sneaky. He likes to get into mischief, and enjoys the company of other people. He's also calm, never losing his head when in a situation. Puar is dedicated to his friends, with a special kind of loyalty only a cat has.
Possible Reactions
Puar usually reacts to confrontation in a cunning way, preferring to fight with his mind rather than relying on brute strength. Being tiny and nimble, Puar also likes to rely on his speed.

Civil Unrest: Puar only knows Violet specifically, out of all the members of Civil Unrest; but he's friendly with the others, and would not attack them - as they're friends of Violet.
Panbuukin: Puar is friendly with the fat saiyan due to time spent together on planet Vegeta-sei. Puar would not attack him unless attacked by him.

Puar relies almost completely on his wits and his speed. Out maneuvering his opponent is the #1 priority. Puar's favorite move to use is the Kamehameha, since it consumes minimal speed. Next most used is the Destructo Disc, for the same reason as the Kamehameha. Least used is the Big Bang Attack - since Puar only uses it as a finishing move. For heavy attacks, Puar almost always uses a special Ki Move, due to the fact that his physical attacks don't do much damage.
