Appearance
Flame-red hair in a close-cropper military fade frames a solemn expression set with light blue eyes. Whereas other fighters sport a large mass of muscle, Blue's frame is less bulky, even lanky, though obviously defined by his training. A dark t-shirt adorns his torso and is tucked into a pair of worn jeans. Green sneakers complete his ensemble, a rather unusual outfit to be sure.
Personality
Cold and cruel, Roy couldn't care less about the people he's up against. Or anyone he might ally with. In the end, they're all just in his way anyhow. Still, he understood the advantages of using such people to futher his ambitions, so he kept his mouth shut.
Possible Reactions
Surprise and stealth are the key elements in guerilla warfare, and are something that Blue plans to employ through his time on the island. However, if he finds himself unable to do so, he's perfectly willing to throw down some hurt.

Fighting Style
Blue had recently shifted to a more aggressive style of fighting, one focused on giving his opponent debilitating injuries in order to hamper movement. These sadistic manuevers include, but are not limited to: slashing tendons in the arms and legs; gouging out eyes; breaking bones; etc. For long distance fighting the blonde man employs his Ki Bazooka technique, if given time to charge it, or simply fires ki blasts. Up close he'll use his Vulcan Strike to increase his speed, at the expense of his strength. In a bind, the fighter will use his Incoming Artillery, though mainly as a distraction so he can escape.

Day 1: Stalked Silver when he killed Panbuukin. When Bujin, Koola and Daimoun appeared, they attacked and killed Silver for turning on them. Blue spent a lot of the day debating on whether to turn on them, and when. At the end of the day, he was shot in the stomach during the fight against FKC
Day 2: Was over-run in the morning by FKC with his group. Got shot up by Trunks before he could do any damage.
