Some of y'all have noticed I haven't been around much lately and it is because I'm getting activated.
It has been a stressful time, but I'll be back eventually, might not even go anywhere the way the Reserves work.
So, I'll be back and Kajin Rala had better be out by the time I do.

Suspected something like that. Anyway, my country doesn't have that kind of stuff like going overseas...we just go through boot-camp.....daily. <.< Until a war we have to fight in starts.

Yeah, I knew what activated meant. It meant he's in the reserve but they are 'using' him now instead of him just hanging around waiting to see when they'll need him.
He'll get the bonuses of regular military now, but at the expense of being sent overseas.
This is one thing I greatly disagree with. It seems they send the reserves a large amount of time before the enlistees.
Either way, I really hope the best, man, and I hope to see you on these boards again.

It does seem like that Rei, but I know about 75% of my post is either deployed, coming off a deployment, or about to deploy again. It all depends, really. But yeah, full pay comes with the price of added risk. He'll be getting paid even more once he does go over there, risk pay and seperation pay for his family. In any case, if Yamu's anything like me, he knew what he was getting into when he signed up. It's a tough job, but someone's gotta do it.

Well, technically speaking, since almost all of Israel's equipment is US-made, aren't they already involved? I mean, let's face it. Israel has F-15s. There's no way in hell a middle eastern country could get their hands on those without some badass intervention.
