That is good, nicely laid out & ever thing. Background look's funky, I guess some really neat background's are jsut simple one layer one's.. Oh well. Still a good sig to have a smirk at.

Your second sig has a very interesting background effect, but the final product doesn't work somehow. It just looks bad. The first one is pretty good, but... maybe could be better without so much picture distortion? It's worth a shot, maybe.

I really like the second one of those Burter sigs, Nail. I would probably move the pic on the left up a couple of layers, just for clarity. Actually... I would move the left pic above everything but the border, and then just use the burn tool to make it fit the rest of the sig. I think it would help to give a bit more of a focal point.
