How does it work? They made a big deal about it with the second release of MGS3, but the articles I read didn't talk about the actual gameplay.

Needless to say, they were shitty articles.

There are up to 8 players, 5 modes, 12 maps, and you can be special characters from the games during some rounds. Theres Ocelot, Raikov, Sokolov, Snake, and two chicks from Rumble Roses. Its more Ghost Recon than Unreal, not that thers anything wrong with that. Of course it has the new camera angle.

This should be the article you take to heart. Its more amazing than it sounds. Only thing is its a little hard when you first start. You will get sniped and pwned, and sniped some more, but its still fun and you get better quick. And this has to be the ONLY Ps2 game that will NEVER lag. If you have a low ping, you may take damage you thought you avoided, but it never bogs down. I mean NEVER. I dont know how they did it.

And you should get Subsistence for the new camera angle alone, if the online mode doesnt make you bite. This game is so amazing when you can actually... you know... see. D=
