If you go to Ebay right now, the current bidding is only between $1,000 - $3,000, so that picture may be true, but i highly doubt anyone is serious about spending over 1 mill on a PS3.

I've been playing the japanese PS3 for a bit now, and yes it's quite impressive, so i think ima wait a little until this whole craziness dies down before I go ahead and get me an American PS3. People are just crazy....

That's what my cousin did when he was waiting for the xbox. He just got himself a ps2, then when the xbox and afew games he was interested in came out he traded in the ps2 and got te box.

I watched the news, or a peice of it. THis shits stupid. People were camped out to buy a damned PS3. Some one got shot because guys decided to rob those in line because they obviously had money for it. In califonia they had to have riot police.

I doubt I'll have to wait anymore than 6-8 months. Which is convenient, 'cause I've got a list of things I need (read: want) for my car that will essentially keep me broke 'till then.

Hell, the first item (sub-frame connectors) is the cheap one, and they run over 300 bucks. ;_;

What the hell are you talking about? Grandparents for our parents? Unless I've just gotten that damn old, this was MY generation that grew up on Nintendo. And while they were expensive, they weren't THAT expensive. They couldn't be, b/c gaming wasn't that popular yet so if it was priced over 200$ give or take, then people would say "its not going to be successful" and not bother to buy it.
