Burter Welcomes You
Opening up the first ever Pit Wrestling show, Superpower I, Burter came out from backstage to a chorus of cheers. He slid into the ring and stood up
Burter: Welcome to the first ever Superpowers! Tonight is the night we see who will impress the fans and be given the oppurtunities to headline this company...and those who are destined to be cut at the end of the month. I've already scheduled a four-man match tonight in the main event to see if anyone can stand up to our champion, Super Buu!
The fans, naturally, cheered.
Burter: Also, we'll see the midcard ranks battle it out in a tournament and a battle royale, all hoping to claim the second-best title, The Asylum Belt!
On screen, a picture of the gold belt was shown.
Burter: That's all I've got, folks. Enjoy the first ever CPW broadcast!
Sharpner vs Toma
The opening match started off with Sharpner taking over immediately and slamming Toma on the mat with a powerbomb. After that, he hung onto the match for the duration.
Toma, at one point, reserved a DDT and came down with an elbow, but the momentum was stopped immediately. In the end, Sharpner hit a german suplex pin, 1-2-3, and is the first person to ever win by pinfall on CPW!

Paragus and Bulma vs De-Mod Squad
Bulma and Waffuru started over, and things remained reletively neutral. When Waffuru tagged out, Broli the Monster took apart Bulma with three huge bombs.
Bulma remained isolated from her corner, so Paragus could only watch in shock as Broli and Waffuru tagged out and kept her back. Finally, Broli chokeslammed the girl and pinned her for the three count.

Retane vs Kollifum
The longest match thus far, the two stayed matched for the entire contest. Retane showed off his ability to fly off the turnbuckle, while Kollifum kept things rough on the ground.
At one point, the ref was knocked down by the scuffle, and Retane brought a chair out. Kollifum dropped kicked the chair against the namekian as the ref broke up. Still tired, Kollifum pinned him and took the match.

Pui Pui/Hellfighter 17 vs Trans-Atlantic Pain; Hardcore Match
Pui and Hellfighter ambushed TAP as they came down from the ramp, starting the match early with weapons and grapples. Pui took Gohan back to the ring while Hellfighter took Yamu.
Pui and HF dominated the match with teamwork and the use of weapons. Yamu put up a strong fight against both, but Gohan was outmatched and beaten aside.
In the end, Yamu literally threw Pui out of the ring, but HF clocked him with the bell. Gohan ran over, but was clocked over as well, and HF pinned him for the win!

Asylum Tourny Match; Pikkon vs Panbuukin
After a huge hardcore bout, the crowd dies down once it's moved to a legitimate rules battle.
Still, the excitement is not lost, as speed and strength come into play to see which is more important. Pikkon keeps control for the most part with his faster, high-flying arsenal.
However, he takes one too many risks, and runs into a HUGE mat-shaking spinebuster at the last second. 'Buukin then goes up the turnbuckle and all 400 pounds comes down for the pinfall!

Gokua vs Android 17 vs Recoome vs Sazuaa vs Android 16
The crowd is reminded that the person who lasts the longest without being pinned will enter the Asylum Tourny and pick their oppenent.
With no disqualifications, Sazuaa immediately brought out the chairs and obliterated Gokua and Recoome with one. However, Sixteen got a hold of the other and gave Sazuaa similar fate.
Meanwhile, Seventeen easily rolled Gokua up to eliminate him after a three count.
With Recoome back up and fighting Sixteen, Seventeen focussed on Sazuaa next. Saz hit a low blow on the Android to give him an advantage, then knee dropped him. He took a moment to taunt to the fans, but karma came back as Seventeen returned the low blow, and rolled him back into a pin, and three!
Sixteen, meanwhile, battled with Recoome, who put up a strong fight. Seventeen arrived and, without much effort, hit a hard bulldog on Recoome. Sixteen punched Seventeen back long enough to pin Recoome and make the final two
It didn't last long, as Seventeen flipped off the ropes to a huge pop from the crowd, and hit a hurricarana and the winning pinfall!

Asylum Tourny Match; Cell Jr vs Bujin
Unlike the last match, CJ and Bujin kept things low key and on the ground. The match remained back and forth and a simple technical battle of who was better.
The crowd eventually got into it, though slowly. The match never picked up but became exciting via the unpredictable nature.
Eventually, things ended with Cell Jr hitting a hard spear to his oppenent and managing the pin to advance!

Super Buu vs Murasaki vs Celipa vs Raditzu
The fans were reminded that this was a non-title match. Unlike the last multi-man fight, this was only for one fall.
The fight began early as Murasaki and Super Buu brawled around the ring before their oppenents even arrived. Raditzu ran out next and interupted the two, leaving Celipa to run out last.
The foursome paired off with Rad manhandling Murasaki around the ring. Inside, Celipa and Super Buu exchanged lefts and rights. Super won the exchange and turned it into a full nelson, slamming the woman down. The pinfall only got two.
With Murasaki pretty much beaten, Raditzu ran in and speared Super. He threw the pink man against the turnbuckle and prepared a SuperPlex. Celipa ran up behind them and literally SHOVED both men off and onto the steel floor!
Murasaki rolled in and tried to take down Celipa, but Cel reversed it into a powerbomb, and SLAMMED Mura to the mat! Both Buu and Rad remained hurt at ringside, and Celipa got the 1...2...and 3!
Celipa won the match, and though never pinned him, technically beat the Universal Champion fair and square.
