Virginia Tech shooting
#1
Has anybody heard about it? On the news it says 31-32ish people are dead, and it's the deadliest shooting in US history, nevermind just schools. Do we know anybody that goes there?

When I walked in my house, it was 29 and then went to 31.

CNN is saying 31 dead, at least 29 injured

I'm talking on WoW with some guildies at the moment, one of them goes to V Tech.

Evedently they have no motive for him yet, and he killed himself once he was "finished".

He didn't need meds, he probably needed a frickin' authority figure in his life to tell him to stop being a bitch. There is NO excuse for going on a killing spree. Not on innocent people. If it was for freedom or to protect loved ones, sure. But because mommy and daddy didn't pay him attention...

This just strikes a little close to home for me. There was a school shooting at Heritage High School in Conyers, Georgia when I was in middle school. I was on the bus outside of the highschool (we were dropping the high schoolers off first) when the gun shots rang out and everyone ran away. I don't think anyone died, but i was dating the shooter's little sister at the time. I knew him. He had no reason to do what he did. Saying this Va. Tech guy needed meds is a fucking cop out. He just wanted attention and I'm glad he blew it through his own head.
