Starting Moves:Bunkai teleport, kai slash, scattershot, and dimension sword
Bunkai teleport
Allows janemba to dissasemble parts or his whole slef and exist in another dimension for a time, allows for really ranged attacks, as well as retreat quickly, or reflect many types of kai attacks
Kai Slash
Using his sword, Janemba can focus kai into his blade and cut enemies from a distance
Scattershot
fires many rapid kai blasts
Dimension Sword
Using Bunkai teleport Janemba can do a serious of very fast and deadly blows with his blade

((was having trouble writing rp in same post, so here goes this one))
Janemba had been regrowing for years now. After his defeat at the hands of Goku and Vegeta his evil was spread far throughout Hell. For 13 years he had been regrowing, and finally he was nearly complete! He was still just a large coallescence of evil and had no form.
Suddenly a dark red hand jutted out of the cloud and it started to take shape. Janemba could feel himself reawakening, and was itching for revenge. As the rest of his form came through he realized his once gray armor was now dark black.
He walked forward and smirked," I'm back!"
Janemba uttered the only other words besides his own name he has ever said. With that he killed the closest demon to him with a small kai blast. Not without reason was this as his sword began to take shape. Janemba laughed horrendously as he grabbed his sword and flew off, eager for revenge.

((ohh, sorry, i didnt realize it had to be at least 300 words, I did this in ten minutes, so I'm going to make revisions to this one and make it better, and at least 300 words, again im sorry))
Janemba had been regenerating for years now. After his defeat at the hands of Goku and Vegeta his evil was spread far throughout Hell. For thirteen years he had been regrowing, and finally he was nearly complete! He was still just a large coalescence of evil and had no form.After Dabura's takeover of much of hell, he happened upon the coalescence and decided it should be watched carefully.
After some quick preparation and scanning, it was decided that the evil energies were worth noting, and they were guarded by a few of the elite warriors. The cloud was growing, but nearly negligibly for a few months. One day later the cloud had grown very dark red, and the elite guard was getting ready to fight and obtain whatever came out.
Suddenly a dark red hand jutted out of the cloud and it started to take shape. Janemba could feel himself reawakening, and was itching for revenge. As the rest of his form came through he realized his once gray armor was now dark black.

The elite guardsmen quickly went on the offensive and fired many kai blasts. Janemba quickly used Bunkai teleport and started to have his way with them.
The obviously strongest member was charging up and fired a powerful kai blast at the being.
Janemba, toying with the guardsmen, barely noticed it in time to reflect the blast right back at the demon. The demon fell to the ground smote by his own energy wave.
Now bored, Janemba started being serious and quickly killed everyone with a well constructed Scattershot but a few stragglers managed to survive and were scrambling in fear.
With that he killed the closest remaining demon to him with a small kai blast. Not without reason was this as his sword began to take shape. Janemba laughed horrendously as he grabbed his sword and began to fly, he slaughtered the two remaining demons with a Kai slash and started off on his revenge....

ok, I hope he doesn't, while that sounds cruel... I REALLY want to be Janemba, otherwise I'd be 13, or somethin I guess. anyways, thank you for responding, was the rp pretty good?

android 13 is kool and all, but no, the one i really wanted to be is cell, but he is taken so i picked the next best thing, and my second favorite dbz villian, Janemba
